If you request the mailing list, we store your normalized email address, request dates, subscription status, and the version and wording of your affirmative marketing consent. Addresses remain pending until ownership is verified. We use this information to manage requests, consent, and future updates or offers. Accepting site terms does not subscribe you.
If you submit feedback, we store your message, category, date, and optional reply email to investigate issues, consider suggestions, and process privacy requests. Feedback is not added to the marketing list.
Free accounts store your username, email address, optional phone number, a salted password hash, verification status, saved formulas, watchlist, and email subscription preferences in the local database. Passwords are never stored as readable text. Verification and reset links expire and can be used once. Password resets require a verified email address and end existing sessions. A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days.
The most recently selected ticker is remembered on this device for navigation. You can edit your profile and manage daily or weekly updates in Settings. Real email delivery is awaiting sender configuration; local development messages are held privately for testing.
Search queries are sent to our server and matched against the company directory. A direct ticker request may be sent to Massive when its classification is unknown. We do not maintain a separate search-profile database. Development server logs may contain requested URLs and therefore search text.
Session storage remembers the terms version accepted in this browser tab. Local storage remembers your theme. No advertising or analytics cookies are currently set by the application. Closing the tab normally clears its terms session; browser restore behavior can vary. You can clear browser storage through your browser settings.
Signup and feedback records are stored on the project operator's local computer, outside public website assets. Access is intended for the operator. No email delivery or advertising service is connected. We do not sell these records or currently share them with advertising partners. Service providers or legally required disclosures may be needed when the service is deployed; this notice will be updated before those practices begin.
Pending signup requests are intended to be removed after 30 days and feedback after 12 months using the operator's cleanup tool. Withdrawing marketing consent or submitting a privacy request with an email address deletes the matching active mailing list record, including its subscription details and consent history. Separately saved feedback and privacy requests remain subject to their retention period. Previously generated exports and backups require separate operator cleanup. Cleanup is manual in this development version; automated retention must be configured before launch.
Use the footer's unsubscribe option to withdraw marketing consent at any time. Use Contact & privacy requests to request access, correction, deletion, or information about your records. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or deleting records. Applicable rights and response deadlines depend on your location.
AdSense slots are placeholders only. Before enabling ads, we will identify the actual advertising and hosting providers, update disclosures about cookies and data sharing, and provide consent or opt-out controls where required. Google's data practices are described in How Google uses information from partner sites. Cloudflare hosting is planned but is not active in this local version.
This service and its forms are intended for adults and are not directed to children. Please contact the operator if a child has submitted personal information so it can be removed. We minimize information collected, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit financial accounts, passwords, or sensitive personal details.

We will update this notice when practices change and obtain additional consent when required. This notice describes actual current behavior and does not certify compliance in every jurisdiction.
